Online game testing has begun on YouTube and might begin soon

According to reports, the video-sharing behemoth YouTube is developing a product for playing online games, a move that might increase its influence in the gaming sector.

The video hosting service has reportedly asked staff members to test a brand-new feature dubbed “Playables” that would let consumers access online games straight from YouTube. The Wall Street Journal broke the story first.

Additionally, according to the source, customers will be able to access the games the business is testing on YouTube through a web browser or via the app on either an Android or an iOS phone.

Stack Bounce an ad-supported arcade game that requires players to break levels of brick with a bouncing ball, despite the report’s suggestion that there are other games available for testing.

YouTube has also revealed that it would soon provide a dubbing tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to make it simpler for producers to translate their videos into different languages.

The firm said that it would be sending the team behind Google’s Area 120 incubator’s AI-powered dubbing service “Aloud” to VidCon, an annual event for fans, producers, executives, and online brands, according to The Verge.

The application reportedly transcribes the video and provides authors with a transcription they may examine and change, according to Aloud’s website.
