Anthony Ramos and Jennifer Lopez work together to make the animated film Bob the Builder

Fans of Bob the Builder, get ready for the upcoming revival of your beloved animation. Yes, that’s correct—the most well-known cartoon that dominated the minds of all kids will return in animated form. It’s fascinating to note that singer Jennifer Lopez will be producing the movie, with Anthony Ramos taking on the lead role. Jennifer Lopez and the production company Mattel Films are working together to develop this movie.

Bob’s journey to “the enchanting Island of Puerto Rico” for a significant construction contract will be the subject of the film. For those who do not know, Bob the Builder ran for twelve seasons between 1999 and 2011. The next adaptation is one of several projects that Mattel Films is working on after the very popular release of their first picture, Barbie, last year.
