‘Unable To Feed Them’: Pakistani Man Uses Axe to Kill Wife and Seven Children

On Thursday, a Pakistani man is suspected of using an axe to murder his wife and seven children. Police officials claim that since he was unable to provide for his family, the father cheated on them.
With an axe, laborer Sajjad Khokhar assaulted his 42-year-old wife Kausar and their seven children. The children, who ranged in age from eight months to ten years, were likewise cut down with an axe: four girls and three boys.

According to Punjab Police, the guy would often quarrel and fight with his wife and was “mentally disturbed” as a result of financial strain.

A case against the man’s family’s murder has been filed, and he has been placed under custody. The suspect has admitted to the crime and disclosed the reason for it to the authorities.
According to police reports, the guy confessed to murdering his wife and seven children, saying he did it because he was running out of food for them.

Hours after murdering his family, the guy turned himself in to the authorities, according to The Express Tribune.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the recently elected chief minister of Punjab, has sent her condolences and requested an investigation from the Punjab Police Inspector General.
