CSIR UGC NET 2024 June is when registration opens: Verify eligibility, instructions for applying, and other information

Registration for CSIR UGC NET 2024 in June: Registration for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET) 2024 is now open via the National Testing Agency (NTA). Those who are interested may go to the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in, and submit an application there.

The period for applications will be from May 1 to May 21. When submitting their online application, applicants must pay an application fee. The option to pay the application cost for the CSIR UGC NET 2024 June will be accessible till May 23 at 11:50 p.m. The opportunity for corrections will be open from May 25 to May 27.

Exam Date
The dates of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination 2024 are set by the testing body (NTA) for June 25, 26, and 27. The admission cards will be available for download by the applicants when the time comes. Information on the same will be shared when it is appropriate. The exams will be administered via computer-based testing, or CBT. The examination will be offered in both Hindi and English. Applicants must respond in the format specified by the option they choose on the application form. The English version will be considered definitive if there is any confusion resulting from translation between the Hindi and English versions.

Who is qualified?
Applicants may take this test if they have passed a Master’s degree or an equivalent exam from an accredited university or institution with at least 55% of the possible points (rounded to the nearest whole number). Candidates who belong to the Non-Creamy Layer, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), or Third Gender category must have received at least 50% of the possible points in their master’s degree or its equivalent.

JRF Age Limit: No older than thirty years
Assistant Professor; PhD admission: no maximum age

Visit the csirnet.nta.ac.in official website.
Select the “Joint CSIR UGC NET June 2024 registration” link.
If you are a new candidate, it will send you to the application form window, where you must register as a “New Candidate.”
After successfully registering, enter your login information to access the application form.
Download the confirmation page, pay the application fee, and upload your papers.
