NEET-UG will also be conducted at 14 test locations overseas

On Wednesday, the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the addition of 14 test locations for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) overseas. No test centers were assigned in foreign places despite the NTA having already declared 554 centers across India.

Kuwait City, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Colombo, Doha, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Manama, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, and Singapore will be the locations of the new centers.

Additionally, the agency said that applicants would now have the chance to change the test center and nation within the rectification window even if they had previously chosen the exam center in India and paid the exam cost without having the option to use a foreign center.

Following the registration window’s conclusion, the rectification window opens. Nonetheless, if the test center is changed to any international city, an additional fee will need to be paid.
