Jasmin Bhasin shared her morning ritual in the video. “I wake up in the morning and cuddle with my pet,” she said. I then have water with coriander seeds on an empty stomach. I then have one raisin that has been soaked. I make my way to my living room and sip my coffee after that. I’m just trying this out, however she noted that she used to drink petha juice before coriander seed water.

I then go to the gym after applying vitamin C, sunscreen, and peptides on my lips. I drink a pre-workout cocktail that has a shot of beetroot, carrot, ginger, and lime along with one soaking almond and eight soaked walnuts before heading to the gym. After working out, I take care of myself and eat lunch. Lunch is a good source of protein, carbohydrates, and leafy greens.
