1881 billion dollars have been authorized for the construction of roads and flyovers in the state of Madhya Pradesh

Today at Mantralaya, the Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan presided over the Cabinet meeting. The development of four-lane highways and fly-overs in the state received clearance from the Cabinet. The Central Road Infrastructure Fund’s 147 crore 92 lakhs for the construction of a four-lane road from Malivaya to Salkanpur-Nilkachhar in the Sehore district and the state planning head’s 193 crore 22 lakhs for the construction of a four-lane road from Indore-Ichhapur road to Omkareshwar New Bus Stand were both approved.

It was approved to grant administrative approval for the Central Road Infrastructure Fund Project’s Shahpur-Rangoli-Girwar-Bhanswahi-Hinagan-Dhana-Bhokalpur intersection in Sagar district (N.H.-44) and the construction of the Nagod to Maihar via Surdaha Parasamnia-Rampur-Maihar road in Satna district, both of which are expected to cost 178 crore 22 lakh rupees.

It was approved to issue administrative funding under the Central Road Infrastructure Fund for the construction of a fly-over from Sewage Pump House Laukhedi to Nagar Nigam Visarjan Ghat in Sant Hirdaram Nagar (Bairgarh) on the Bhopal-Indore road costing Rs 306 crore 40 lakh and a four-lane elevated corridor/fly-over on the Swarnrekha river from the Maharani Laxmibai statue to Girwa

Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana- 2023: Important Amendment
The Cabinet gave its approval for the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana to replace the revised clauses. It was accepted to modify and replace Clause 3.3 of the eligibility under the plan, which states that “In the calendar year of application, as on January 01, applicant must have completed 21 years of age and must be less than 60 years of age.” It was agreed to change and replace Clause 4.9 of the scheme’s ineligibility, which states: “Whose family members have four-wheeler vehicles (except tractors) registered in their names.” In this case, clause 2.2’s concept of a family is applicable. The potential number of new eligible women beneficiaries would rise to nearly 18 lakhs as a consequence of both adjustments. As a result, this financial year would see an extra financial burden of Rs 1260 crore.

The arrears from January 1 through June 30 of 2023 will be paid in three equal payments in the months of October, November, and December of 2023.

The payment of arrears plus the 4% increase in the dearness allowance that would be paid to the workers as of January 1, 2023, might result in an extra anticipated spending burden of Rs 1520 crore for this fiscal year.

Deendayal Gram Jyoti Yojana’s funding of Rs 343 crore 91 lakh has been approved.
For the Deendayal Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY), MP Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Limited, Indore, has received a long-term balance loan of 343 crore 91 lakh from REC, with an interest rate of 9.50 to 10.25 percent. PNB has refinanced the loan for the remaining nine years with an interest rate of 8 percent. Which suggests that a savings of around Rs. 10 crore 29 lakh is feasible. As a result, a guarantee in the amount of Rs 343 crore 91 lakh should be offered for the aforementioned loan obtained from PNB. The assurance was granted by the Council of Ministers, who ordered MP Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Limited, Indore, to pay the required guarantee fee.

The Farmers-Welfare and Agriculture Development Department has approved the establishment of two district offices in District Niwari.
For the newly created district of Niwari, approval has been granted to the establishment of two district offices for the positions of Deputy Director, Farmers-Welfare and Agriculture Development, and Project Director Atma. In all, 19 positions have been authorized in both offices. The Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Department’s district level office, which formerly operated from Tikamgarh, will now function from the new district headquarters in Niwari as a result of this permission, which will be advantageous to the farmers in the Niwari district.

The Council of Ministers approved H-1 tenderer of the tender invited for the disposal of Satna Bus Depot asset plot number one area 2142.51 square meters located in Ward No. 21, Semaria Road, Satna of Revenue Department for highest tender amount of Rs. 16,99,99,999/- (in words Rs. sixteen crore ninety nine lakh nine hundred and ninety nine only), which is 1.12 times of the reserve price amount of Rs. 15 crore 21 lakh.
