A 13-year-old kid in Adampur perishes when a Chinese thread was sliced in his neck

A 13-year-old Class VI kid in Adampur passed away when a Chinese thread slashed his neck next to the post office in Dana Mandi.

Son of Jatinder Singh, the dead Jasveer Singh was riding a scooter home with his brother when all of a sudden a Chinese rope coiled itself around his neck, severing his throat deeply. After falling off the car, he suffered severe injuries.

While traveling to this Civil Hospital, the thirteen-year-old youngster passed away. His sibling was also hurt.

The boy died as a result of serious cuts to the blood arteries in his neck, according to Dr. Baljit Singh of the Civil Hospital.

Jatinder Singh, a resident of Ajit Nagar in Adampur and the deceased’s father, claimed Jasveer had gone to the post office after his test today and was hurt by the string on the way home. After receiving Jatinder’s testimony, the police began their investigation. The boy’s corpse has been taken for a postmortem examination to the Jalandhar Civil Hospital.

He was attending a convent school and studying in Class VI. The people of Adampur lamented that Jasveer Singh’s life would not have ended today if the police had intervened, even if the court had banned the sale of Chinese thread, which is still available in the Adampur region.

The police need to respond decisively.
