According to Maha CM, Congress created mistrust amongst communities and frightened Muslims

Eknath Shinde, the chief minister of Maharashtra, criticized the Congress on Sunday for inciting fear among Muslims on a variety of topics and attempting to stoke animosity between them and Hindus. In this location’s Shanmukhananda Hall, he was addressing at the inaugural Shiv Sena gathering of minorities in the state.

“We belong to those Muslims who appreciate our state and nation. However, the Congress was always responsible for maintaining a chasm between the two groups (Hindus and Muslims). The Congress has been engaging in vote-bank tactics for years, he said, by dividing the two groups and keeping them apart.

“During the racial unrest in Mumbai and Thane, Shiv Sena members not only defended mosques, but also temples. If we had been hostile to the minority group, Abdul Sattar, the minister of agriculture, would not have been appointed. We respect every community, he continued.
