Delhi University Admission 2023: According to reports, admissions should start by mid-June
The admissions process for Delhi University’s undergraduate programs will shortly begin. DU Undergraduate admission for the class of 2023 is reportedly expected to start in the middle of June, while the admission timetable has not yet received an official release. Officials from DU are already trying to restart the academic year with steps to make admissions easier. By mid-June, the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) admission site is anticipated to be operational.
The Dean of Admission at Delhi University, Haneet Gandhi, voiced confidence in the institution’s readiness and said, “We are all ready. We have done extensive prior planning. The admissions procedure will go much more smoothly this time. The fact that CUET will end on time is one of the causes.
The institution will host webinars, roll out chatbots, help desks, and dedicated phone lines to aid applicants in their admissions process. By streamlining the admissions process, these efforts hope to provide students a positive experience.
For the purpose of assisting students in choosing their test papers, Delhi University has also created instructive infographics with examples. Additionally, the university’s official admissions website will soon include video lessons in both Hindi and English. These tutorials will provide thorough instructions on how to register, choose exam papers from Sections I, II, and III, and submit the necessary paperwork for the CUET (UG) 2023.
Haneet Gandhi highlighted that the admissions procedure will follow the established timeframe, assuring that this year all seats would be filled. The institution is committed to upholding the efficacy and efficiency of the admissions process while giving students’ needs first priority. Despite its best efforts, DU failed to fill 70,000 seats last year, leaving 7% of the seats in all of its institutions unfilled.
For its undergraduate programs, Delhi University is currently planning for the DU Admission 2023. The University of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University, Allahabad University, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, and Jamia Millia Islamia all got the most applications for the CUET UG.
