Finance Minister Atishi introduces a Rs 1,000 monthly assistance program for women above the age of 18 in the Delhi Budget 2024–25

The “Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana,” which was announced by Delhi Finance Minister Atishi on Monday, provides monthly grants of Rs 1,000 to all women over the age of eighteen beginning in the fiscal year 2024–25.

The plan was unveiled by Atishi during her first Budget address.

“Every woman who is 18 years of age or older would get a monthly payment of Rs 1,000 from the Kejriwal administration. Women would get this benefit under the Mukyamnatri Mahila Samman Yojana, she said.

With an expenditure of Rs 76,000 crore, Atishi unveiled the budget for the fiscal year 2024–25 in the Delhi Assembly on Monday. She said that the administration is working to bring the vision of “Ram Rajya” to reality.
