In the Amit Shah false video case, Telangana is reached by Delhi Police, who are expected to send four Congress leaders new summonses

According to reports, a cyber team from the Delhi Police Special Cell traveled to Telangana on Thursday to investigate the phony video case involving Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the midst of the nation’s current Lok Sabha elections. They said that today, May 2, the police team is probably going to the Telangana Congress state headquarters as well. Additionally, it is probable that four Congress leaders will get additional summonses from the Delhi Police team. All of these people will be asked to turn in their electronic devices to the police, according to reports.

Congressmen want the Delhi Police summons to be extended.
This occurs one day after Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and four other politicians asked for an extension to appear after being called by Delhi Police to discuss Shah’s fictitious video issue. Their attorneys have reportedly requested more time for their appearances via email. The attorneys noted the failure of their clients to comply with the Delhi Police summons on the ongoing investigation into the purportedly altered video. Sections 91 and 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) were used to issue summonses to Reddy and four members of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC): Shiva Kumar Ambala, Asma Tasleem, Satish Manne, and Naveen Pettem.

The CM of Telangana said what?
Speaking at an election rally on Wednesday in Telangana’s Nizamabad Lok Sabha seat, Reddy said that a Delhi case had been filed against him due to a complaint from the Union Home Ministry. I asked the BJP a question. PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah took a vindictive stance and filed a complaint against me in Delhi when I did it, he said.

A complaint was filed by the BJP against the Congress.
Earlier, the state president of the Congress party and president Minister Reddy were the targets of a complaint filed by the Telangana chapter of the BJP at the Cyber Crime police station. According to the lawsuit, Amit Shah’s speech was changed and influenced by the Congress party. The video of Amit Shah that was allegedly altered and manufactured was posted by the Telangana Pradesh Congress Party’s official account, according to the complaint. Shah is said to have said in the film, “We will remove the unlawful reservations for Muslims if the BJP wins power. We shall see to it that the quotas prescribed by the Constitution are met for SCs, STs, and OBCs.” On May 1, CM Reddy and his cell phone received a summons to appear before the Delhi Police’s IFSO section (Cyber section).
