India-US Friendship: A Force for Global Good, says PM Modi

The partnership between India and the US, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is a force for the betterment of the world and will help it become more sustainable.

Joe Biden, the vice president of the United States, said in a tweet that the relationship between the US and India is one of the most important in the world. This prompted Modi to respond.

“The relationship between the US and India is one of the most important in the world. And it’s stronger, closer, and more vibrant than ever,” Biden tweeted while posting a montage of a video from Prime Minister Modi’s recent state visit to the US.

I completely agree with you, @POTUS @JoeBiden! Modi said, tagging Biden’s post. The friendship between our nations is a force for good in the world. It will improve and preserve the environment.

“The ground covered in my most recent visit will strengthen our bond even more,” Modi remarked. On June 20, the prime minister left for his trip to the US, and on June 21, he presided over a historic ceremony at the UN headquarters in New York to recognise the ninth International Day of Yoga.

Later, President Biden welcomed him at the White House in Washington, DC, on the red carpet. Thursday’s momentous encounter between the two leaders was followed by Modi’s speech to the US Congress and a state dinner thrown by the Bidens at the White House in his honour. A number of significant agreements to advance cooperation in crucial fields including military, space, and commerce were signed during the visit.
