President Droupadi Murmu claims that a new era of peace and development is unfolding in Kashmir

According to President Droupadi Murmu, Kashmir is ushering in a new age of growth, peace, and prosperity thanks to accelerated municipal structure building and enhanced healthcare facilities.

The President spoke this evening at a civic event held at Raj Bhavan in her honor.

“Kashmir today is evolving while yet honoring its past. Progress, peace, and prosperity are now the norm. Infrastructure development, e-governance, healthcare, housing, women’s empowerment, tribal outreach, and inclusive development have all seen significant transformation, according to Murmu.

She expressed her happiness at learning that up till September of this year, a record-breaking 1.7 crore visitors had traveled to Jammu and Kashmir.

The BJP adopted the term “Amrit Kaal” to describe India’s future since the 75th anniversary of its independence. According to the president, the people of Jammu and Kashmir are working to make India a developed country by the year 2047.

“I had the honor of honoring India’s bravehearts at this war monument this morning. I thank them for their sacrifices on behalf of my fellow citizens. In reference to her visit to the Martyrs’ Memorial at the Badami Bagh cantonment here, she stated, “I also pay my homage to the veer naris.

On her maiden visit as President of India, the President praised the people of Jammu & Kashmir for their kind reception.

She said that Kashmir has always been a significant hub for art, culture, and education and that it needs assistance in maintaining its history.

Kashmir and Jammu Manoj Sinha, the lieutenant governor, said on X that President Murmu’s life had inspired him.

“She has dedicated her life to uplifting disadvantaged groups in society and the socioeconomic empowerment of women, giving them self-assurance and self-worth. The biggest democracy in the world will continue to be led by her vision and ideas, Sinha said in his essay.

He said that the growth trajectory of J&K since 2019 is an illustration of outstanding economic development and inclusive growth.

Our main priorities are rapid expansion, infrastructure development, industrialization, and urban and rural transformation for the benefit of the populace. Our main goal for today is everyone’s wellbeing, he stated.

The current administration, according to Sinha, has succeeded in creating a “exploitation-free, corruption-free, and fear-free society” in Jammu and Kashmir.
