Sources claim that CM Kejriwal would not appear before the ED in the Delhi Jal Board matter

According to the AAP sources, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal would not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday in relation to the alleged Delhi Jal Board (DJB) issue.

According to party sources, CM Kejriwal would not respond to the ED summons. “Why is ED sending summonses repeatedly when the court has granted bail?” asked the source.

“The ED issued unlawful summonses. According to party insiders, “Why does BJP want to fight elections by hiding behind ED?”

AAP leader and minister from Delhi, Atishi, said on Sunday that the Chief Minister has received two summonses in two separate instances.

In the DJB case on Monday and the excise policy case on Thursday, CM Kejriwal was requested to appear before the investigative body.

She went on to say that the timing of the summons indicated that the BJP was trying to use the CBI and ED as tools to attack its political rivals.

The statement’s main point, according to Atishi, is that there is uncertainty around the Delhi Jal Board issue, which is thought to be a plot to obstruct Chief Minister Kejriwal’s Lok Sabha campaign by perhaps arresting him.
