Telangana CM Reddy said they are now employing police instead of CBI and ED

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister Amit Shah have begun to “use even Delhi Police to win elections” after previously “using CBI, I-T, and ED” to scare opposition leaders. Minutes after Delhi Police filed summons on him and four other Congressmen over an allegedly altered video of Shah, the chief minister responded.

At a public gathering in the Zahirabad Lok Sabha seat three days earlier, Revanth referred to Modi as “a cobra,” continuing his criticism of the policies of the BJP government. To emphasize his point that Modi harbors resentment and would punish farmers for forcing him to rescind the three controversial agriculture legislations and for expressing regret to them, he used the term “cobra.”

The TPCC president, Mallikarjun Kharge, the AICC president, and Priyanka Gandhi, the general secretary of the AICC, were campaigning in Sedam, in the Karnataka seat of Gulbarga Lok Sabha, when Delhi Police arrived in Hyderabad. “The Telangana Congress headquarters in Hyderabad, Gandhi Bhavan, just informed me that Delhi Police had arrived to take me into custody. However, nobody is becoming afraid here. The notifications will get a suitable response. He urged the people of Telangana and Karnataka to band together, defeat the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections, and demonstrate to them that they are not afraid.

The candidates in this election are from Gujarat and Karnataka. Your “dhartiputra” is Kharge, the “son of the soil.” Sonia Gandhi appointed him president of the AICC. Now is the moment for you to support him. Gujaratis supported Modi and Shah, awarding them all 26 MP seats in the state in 2019. Now, the people of Karnataka need to award the Congress party in Karnataka at least 26 of the 28 Lok Sabha seats, he said.

Rahul Gandhi of the Congress marched almost 4,000 kilometers from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, and as a result, the Congress won control of Telangana and Karnataka. The state governments of Karnataka and Telangana, both led by Congress, have put in place five assurances, according to Revanth.

Residents of Karnataka were awarded by the BJP 25 of the 28 Lok Sabha seats in 2019. JD(S) and an independent who was backed by the BJP received one seat apiece. But what has Karnataka received from the BJP, Modi, and Shah? Bengaluru’s drinking water crisis remains unresolved, and the Congress government had to file a case in the Supreme Court to get its rightful portion of federal funding. Currently, reservations for SCs, STs, and OBCs would be lost if you voted for the BJP. Reservations will remain in place, including for minorities, should Congress be elected to power. According to their population, OBC reservations would actually increase,” the CM said.

After receiving summons from the Delhi Police, Congress attorney Ramachandra Reddy requested 15 days to respond. He requested a copy of the FIR from Delhi Police. It’s possible that the film was produced at the BJP’s video factory. Telanganians are intelligent, and they’ll give Modi and Shah a lesson, according to senior vice president of the TPCC, Niranjan.

The AICC president, Mallikarjun Kharge and general secretary, Priyanka Gandhi, were campaigning in Sedam, Karnataka, when Delhi Police arrived in Hyderabad. The head of the TPCC was not there.
