The CM of Tennessee orders officials to finish iconic projects in 5 months

M K Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, gave instructions to his staff on Friday to finish the landmark projects within five months while also paying close attention to the appropriate funding allocation and departmental cooperation to accomplish the priority projects.

The Chief Minister mentioned another significant project, the Kalaignar memorial library in Madurai, that is soon to be inaugurated as an example of how projects could be accelerated through continuous monitoring. He used the Kalaignar Centenary super specialty hospital in Guindy, which he opened on Thursday.

“Our administration has announced many such commendable measures, and as a consequence, I have addressed the execution with you in review sessions. Today, our state has made outstanding progress in terms of national growth. The CM made this statement while presiding over a review of landmark projects at the Secretariat. “As I had said on several occasions, our goal is not only to be ranked first at national level but also international level,” he remarked.

He emphasised that for the projects to be completed successfully, collaboration between government ministries is crucial throughout the process. Stalin exhorted the authorities, “So, complete the projects with appropriate planning and proper guidance.”

The Chief Minister earlier said on his Twitter page that he had a “very good initial meeting with @USAmbIndia (Eric Garcetti), who is on his first official visit to Chennai. Eric Garcetti is the US ambassador to India. We covered a broad variety of subjects.

“I’m excited about the prospect of strengthening connections between India and the United States, with Tamil Nadu playing a significant part in that process. I’ve also asked for his support for the #GIM2024 in Chennai during our chat, Stalin said.
