YS Sharmila claims the decision on whether to collaborate with the Congress would be made by the end of September

The founder of the YSR Telangana Party, Y S Sharmila, said on Monday that any potential collaboration with the Congress would be resolved by the end of this month.

According to a news release, Sharmila, the sister of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, met with senior party officials and members to address a number of topics related to the impending Telangana State Assembly elections.

“The leader of the YSR Telangana Party said that any potential collaboration with the Congress would be decided by the end of September since the notification date (for the assembly elections) is rapidly approaching. The party will run candidates in all 119 constituencies if no partnership works out, according to the press statement.

Sharmila also said that beginning in the second week of October, she will go to all assembly parts.

According to the announcement, the party head told the employees during the meeting that their contributions would be recognized and that their rights would be upheld.

It was rumored that at the recent Congress Working Committee meeting held here a few days ago, Sharmila will officially meet AICC officials.

She previously said that the talks she had been having with the Congress party about cooperating or maybe merging had reached their conclusion. In the nation’s capital, she had also met Sonia and Rahul Gandhi.
