There’s ‘No Movement’ Regarding Mandy Rose’s Return, But WWE Has Nothing Personal Against Her: Report

A number of WWE superstars have made their comebacks in recent years, as wrestling fans have seen the signing of new contracts by CM Punk and Cody Rhodes. Mandy Rose is another person who is widely expected to make a legendary reappearance. The former NXT Women’s champion hasn’t competed in the wrestling scene in almost a year. In December 2022, Rose—who had led the Toxic Attraction stable—was compelled to sever ties with WWE. When the business discovered Rose posting exclusive material on her fan site, it canceled her contract.

Rose apparently had no personal issues with the NXT leadership, and the decision was made based on commercial considerations. Rose left NXT a year ago, but despite that time, Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Shawn Michaels, the creative director, still have a lot of respect for Rose, as Fight Fans reported.

It was said that WWE has not yet considered adding the former superstar to the NXT roster, despite her possible comeback. According to a source close to the situation, there has been “no movement between WWE and Mandy Rose on a potential return” as of right now, as reported by Fight Fans.

Though Rose held the NXT Women’s Championship for more than 400 days prior to being cut from the roster, the wrestling organization could explore the possibility of offering her a new deal in the future. If Rose decides to get back into the ring, she will have to stop running her fan site online since WWE finds it inappropriate.

It is reported, nonetheless, that Mandy Rose has no plans to return to the WWE scene anytime soon. In an interview with Busted Open Radio last month, Rose discussed her life since quitting the organization. It’s been incredible. I have nothing to complain about. Like everything, I’ve had many highs and lows. However, I’m thankful that I’ve been given so many wonderful possibilities,” the 33-year-old said.

Following the unexpected end to her wrestling career, Mandy started to post more often on her fan site. It has been rumored that she made up to $1 million in the months after her WWE departure.
