On Monday, the renowned cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was seen leaving for Ayodhya to attend the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha event. He was seen arriving at the Mumbai airport.

Numerous well-known athletes from India have been invited to the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple, which takes place today.

The Indian Olympic Association president, PT Usha, along with superstar shuttler Saina Nehwal and legendary cricketers Anil Kumble and Venkatesh Prasad, have already traveled to Uttar Pradesh for the tournament.

Participants in the tournament include MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Harmanpreet Kaur, Mithali Raj, and Ravichandran Ashwin.

There will be people from all walks of life attending the Pran Pratishtha of the idol of Ram Lalla, the infant form of Lord Ram. These people include representatives of the nation’s main spiritual and religious groups, members of numerous tribal groupings, and well-known individuals.

The temple’s trust states that the ritual is scheduled to start at 12:20 pm and conclude by 1 pm. The prime minister will then address the assembly.

A representative of the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, which is in charge of building and overseeing the Ram temple, said that the prime minister would also speak with “shramjeevis” connected to the project.

Additionally, Kuber Tila, where a historic Shiv temple has been rebuilt, will be visited by Prime Minister Modi. There, he will conduct a “pooja,” the member said.

The majestic Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir, often known as the Ram temple, was built in the customary Nagara architectural style. It is 380 feet long (east to west), 250 feet wide, and 161 feet tall. It has 44 entrances and 392 pillars supporting it overall.

The temple’s walls and pillars are adorned with finely carved representations of Hindu gods and goddesses. The idol of Ram Lalla is located in the main sanctum sanctorum on the ground level of the temple.

According to the trust, the “Pran Pratishtha” consecration rites began on January 16 near the Saryu River and would be finished on Monday afternoon in the “abhijeet muhurta.”
