On Camera: UP Businessman Is Seen Pushing Off Man After Argument From Five-Star Hotel Terrace

A businessman is suspected of pushing a guy off the terrace of a five-star hotel in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, early on Sunday morning after a dispute between the victim and the accused’s son. Sarthak Agrawal, the victim, is a health industry businessman who was allegedly admitted to a medical college in severe condition.

The suspect, a textile merchant, was seen assaulting the victim and then shoving him off the terrace in the unsettling footage that was recorded by the hotel’s security camera.

With his pals, including Ridim Arora, the accused’s son, the victim had gone to the hotel for a party.

According to a story on NDTV, Ridim and Sarthak got into a brawl when their dispute became violent. Ridim then contacted his father to step in.

According to the CCTV evidence, Sanjeev Arora, the accused, grabbed Agrawal by the collar, slapped him, and then pushed him over the hotel terrace. He continues to bash the guy who was standing next to him, even after shoving Sarthak out of the way.

Arora was accused of attacking the victim without any provocation while intoxicated, according to the formal complaint filed against him. In relation to the matter, an assault case resulting in serious injuries has also been filed.
