UP: After an accident in Hamirpur, a man was dragged 500 meters and pieces of his body were left on the road.

In the Hamirpur area of Uttar Pradesh, a manufacturing worker was murdered when his two-wheeler was reportedly rammed by a vehicle and dragged for 500 meters. Shaktikant Yadav, 26, has been identified as the victim.

The vehicle struck the victim’s bike from behind as he was leaving for his night work at Hindustan Lever. According to a source reported by the news agency IANS, the victim’s body parts were scattered over the road after the event.

In charge: Factory Area Police Outpost Rahul Mishra arrived at the scene and began the inquiry after learning more. Police collected the corpse pieces and sent them for an autopsy.

The truck driver reportedly left the scene of the crash, according to the police.

According to Mishra, we are attempting to locate the truck driver by reviewing video from CCTV cameras placed along the roadway.

Over 13 pilgrims were hurt in a different event that happened in Kerala on Wednesday morning when the bus they were riding in was involved in an accident in the Kottayam district, according to PTI.

The pilgrims were making their way to the hill shrine in the Pathanamthitta district. Kolar is a neighboring state of Karnataka. According to a senior official, the car had up to 43 passengers when the driver lost control of it, including 40 pilgrims.
