Yogi criticizes the Congress, claiming Nehru gave the order to have the idol of Ram Lalla removed

Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath criticized the Congress on Wednesday for their intention to send out a representative to the Ram Temple ‘Pran Pratishtha’ event in Ayodhya on January 22. As to CM Yogi, the country is anxiously awaiting the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ (consecration ceremony) event of Ram Temple, and those who do not comprehend Lord Ram do not understand India.

“Neither the Congress nor the Samajwadi Party (SP) are preventing themselves from attending Lord Ram’s ceremony on Monday, January 22. They need to recite “Jai Shree Ram” as well. The CM questioned, “Who has prevented Congress and SP leaders from traveling to Ayodhya?” Additionally, he took a swipe at the Congress party, claiming that only during elections did Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru order the removal of Ram Lalla’s idol from Ayodhya and that Congress officials only visit temples during election season.

He further said that the building of the Ram Temple had been delayed because of vote-bank politics.

The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh said that in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi would be re-elected as prime minister with a larger majority. He said that all Indians, whether in cities or rural areas, have faith in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ability to govern and that nothing would happen without Ram’s blessings.

Siding at the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra led by Congressman Rahul Gandhi, he said, “What justice can people who have done wrong all their lives do? Those folks are still unable to comprehend reality.
