When a Malaysian child tried to climb a metal gate, he slipped and fell on a rod

Unaware of the risks posed by the iron grills above, the little youngster seemed to be having a good time by himself as he climbed the gate outside his house. Tragically, the youngster slipped, and one of the rods painfully pierced his flesh. Only when the youngster started to sob aloud did his parents go to the scene, where they were heartbroken to witness their hurt kid.

As he awaited the arrival of the rescue crew, the little boy showed incredible bravery. He made the deliberate choice to stay motionless, not daring to move even a millimeter, fearing that any unexpected movement would possibly do further damage to the other portions of his body.

Ten Selangor Fire and Rescue Department officials or so arrived on the scene swiftly to free the kid who was imprisoned. The child’s condition was serious, according to a department official, since a metal rod was 15 cm deep into the body. The rod needed to be carefully severed from the gate in order to make the removal operation easier. The youngster was taken to the hospital right away with the rod remaining within them despite the dangerous circumstances.

The rod was taken out surgically by medical professionals at the hospital. The infant lost a substantial amount of blood during the treatment, so it wasn’t without consequences.

The toddler had a habit of playing by climbing on the gate where the tragedy happened, according to the worried neighbors. Sadly, the youngster fell off his balance that fateful day and unintentionally sat on the metal rod.
