Woman in Lucknow Unleashes Dog Following Toilet Argument; Case Filed
In a horrifying instance of animal abuse, a lady attacked another woman with her pet dog in retaliation after the latter objected to the dog urinating in the public park of the residential community. Luckily, the lady escaped unscathed and started taking action against the dog’s owner right away. A complaint has been filed against the pet owner under many Indian Penal Code articles, according to a story from India Today. The complainant said that the assault happened in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in the Shalimar Garden residential community.
It happened when the accused walked her beloved dog through the park and then let it urinate in the open. The lady, a fellow society member, disagreed with this and was against her activities. But this resulted in a heated dispute between the two, which became worse and eventually drove the dog’s owner to attack the lady.
The complainant went on to say that she was able to flee in a panic when the pet owner let her dog run amok and attacked her, but her iPhone was broken in the process. She also disclosed to the authorities the accused’s several dogs as pets.
The police have opened an investigation in addition to registering a case in the subject.
Notably, there have been previous incidents of aggression by pet dogs. Prior to this, there have been other tales surfacing about stray dogs and cats assaulting locals under various conditions.
In a related Bengaluru instance, the owner of a poultry farm let his pet dog go free and let it bite a teenage girl. The pet owner chose to get vengeance on the girl’s parents after they declined to let their daughter to work on his chicken farm. The girl was badly hurt in the incident and had to be taken to the hospital right away.
Criminal accusations were also brought against the proprietor of the chicken farm.
In a different story from Rajkot, Gujarat, a landlord uninvited the renter to vacate her premises by unleashing her pet dog on him. A story claims that the landlord let her pet canines free rein and even gave them orders to attack the renter, injuring her. In addition, the landlady threatened to murder her if she didn’t vacate the property right away.
