Attempt at Extramarital Molestation by Man or Woman? Bihar’s Story of Brutal Torture: Two Sides

Allegations of romance with a married lady and abuse led to the ruthless beating, forcible tonsure, and beard shaving of Aman in Bihar’s Katihar district. Additionally, he was forced to wear a shoe garland. The male, on the other hand, refuted the allegations and said that the lady had previously called and requested his presence.

Anand, the guy, reportedly used to work for Rajiv Kumar in a flour mill in Kabar village. Through his repeated visits, Anand allegedly got to know Rajiv’s wife over time.

According to the article, things soured when the lady said that Anand had been harassing her for the previous three months. The lady said that when her husband was abroad, Anand called her at random and even broke into her home. Additionally, she claimed that Anand had abused her.

In response to her accusation, Anand was apprehended by Rajiv Kumar’s relatives, handcuffed to a peg, and assaulted. According to the India Today story, his head, beard, and shoes were garlanded on him to make him seem bad in front of the community.

Additionally, the lady said that Anand “intimidated and threatened her husband to avoid talking to her or else he would be killed”

According to the article, Anand, on the other hand, asserted his innocence and said that the lady would often phone and invite him over. Although he acknowledged having regular phone chats with Rajiv’s wife, he denied any romantic relationship.

Anand was arrested after the event was reported to the police. However, the article noted that Anand was eventually freed from police custody since neither side had filed a complaint.
