Details Inside: Bihar Board To Provide Free Coaching To JEE And NEET Candidates

Recently, the Bihar Board made a very wise decision. After class 10, some kids study for admission examinations to elite engineering or medical schools, but they are unable to pay for pricey tutoring sessions. The Bihar Board has now assumed responsibility for offering free coaching for competitive examinations such as the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET).

These candidates will learn from the finest in the nation. This is carried out as part of a free education initiative. In relation to this, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released an advertisement. It makes it quite evident that children from any board, including CBSE, ICSE, and others, are eligible to apply for this free non-residential education program. Students who provide a written agreement for admission via the Bihar School Examination will also be included in this program.

Following their online application, candidates will be chosen via an entrance test and an interview. The divisional headquarters will have educational centers where these students will get medical and engineering instruction. This will not be subject to a cost. The government of Bihar is offering this program for free. Students will have 100 seats reserved in each divisional headquarters. A merit list will be used to determine their selection.

Each divisional headquarters is said to have 50 boys and 50 girls for the medical (NEET-UG) and 50 boys and 50 girls for the engineering (JEE) programs. The top instructors in the nation, who have previously taught at prestigious coaching facilities in Kota, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Kolkata, will mentor the chosen pupils. Through video conferences, these professors will attend JEE and NEET-specific sessions.

In addition, these kids will get free coaching and scholarships from the Bihar Board. Each month, a scholarship of one thousand rupees will be awarded. Two years will pass throughout the coaching. In two years, the pupils would get a stipend of Rs 24,000.

Students must apply online for this by March 10 at coaching.biharboardonline.com, the official website.

The Bihar School Examination Board had earlier said that the state’s Class 10th Toppers 2023 will get free coaching to help them prepare for JEE and NEET-UG. Students who received more than 90% of the possible points in the BSEB Matric Class 10 examinations in 2023 are entitled to register for the free coaching program, as per the official announcement from the Bihar Board.
