8 people were hurt when the LB Nagar flyover’s under-construction slab collapsed in Hyderabad

According to police authorities, a slab being built for a ramp of a flyover that was under construction crashed in LB Nagar on Wednesday morning, injuring seven migrant workers and an engineer.

According to them, the incident took place around 3:10 in the morning while concrete was being poured between two flyover pillars to build the ramp.

One of the wounded was critically hurt, according to a police officer at LB Nagar police station. The injured were taken to a hospital.

The wounded labourers are from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

The official noted that a case had been reported and an investigation was ongoing.
