The proprietor of a resort in Haryana apprehended hopefuls after they leaked a document

Lucknow: In relation to the police constable test paper leak, Satish Dhankad, the proprietor of a resort in Manesar, Haryana, was taken into custody by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) on Friday.
Investigations showed that he assisted in the circulation of test papers that had been leaked to candidates, which led to his detention.
At his resort, Nature Valley, in Manesar, close to Gurugram, Dhankad was taken into custody (Haryana).

The Prevention of Unfair Means in Public Examination Act and other provisions of the IPC have been used to prosecute him.
Dhankad has claimed that Delhi police officer Vikram Pahal was responsible for the leak’s orchestration, according to people with knowledge of the probe. Dhankad said that Pahal had come to him with the idea of using his resort to distribute test papers and had promised to pay him between Rs. 18 and Rs. 20 lakh.
“Dhankad said that Pahal came to his resort to complete the preparations with his colleagues Dawood, Anurag, and Guniya, who are today fugitives. An STF official said that Guniya, a resident of Sura Kaloi in the Jhajjar region of Haryana, arranged for the candidates’ buses from Saina Travellers to be transported to the resort.
“On February 16, Pahal and his cronies arrived at the resort with test question papers and answer keys for the second shift. The candidates gathered in the resort’s park, where they were briefed on the questions and their responses,” he said.
Kingpin Ravi Attri, Rajeev Nayan Mishra, Goldy, Vikram Pahal, and his assistants Guniya, Dawood, Neetu, Monu Dhakla, and Anurag are still at large, according to ASP (ATS), headquarters, Dinesh Kumar Singh.
According to an STF official, suspects Deepu and Bittu used to accept contracts for releasing test papers in Uttar Pradesh for between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 10 lakh per applicant.
Pahal provided the test paper to Mahendra Sharma, who is situated in Haryana, so that it might be distributed further. Shivam Giri, Rohit Pandey, and Abhishek Shukla’s identities were revealed by Mahendra.
As of right now, 398 people have been taken into custody in relation to the leak of UP police constable test documents. The state government cancelled the test on February 24. It had been scheduled offline across four sessions on February 17–18. The STF was then tasked with looking into the situation.
