Following the unexpected death of Rishi Kapoor in 2020, Kareena Kapoor Khan posted a rare photo of her father-in-law Mansoor Ali Khan, and Rishi together on Instagram.

About two years had elapsed since Rishi’s leukemia diagnosis until his death in Mumbai on April 30. He traveled to New York for medical care. The Kapoor family, which defined celebrity in the Hindi cinema business, has its third generation represented by Rishi Kapoor. According to a PTI article, he was one of the rare performers who could continue to play a romantic hero on film for decades and collaborate with female stars of all eras.
Kareena previously spoke about her last moments with her father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, the person she spent the least time with. Kareena allegedly said of him, looking back, on a news website that he was a very intelligent and kind person.
Kareena acknowledged that she looked up to her father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, who was well-known for his kind disposition and charming temperament. Every conversation she had with him was short but enjoyable, she said. Kareena said that her biggest regret will always be that she didn’t get to spend more time with him.
