20 People Were Injured in a Car Accident On Tamil Nadu’s Chennai-Trichy National Highway, Killing 4

In a multiple incident involving an omnibus, a truck, and a state government bus near Maduranthakam in the Chennai suburbs, four people were murdered and over twenty others were wounded, according to police on Thursday.

In the early hours of the morning, the driver of the omnibus traveling to Chennai lost control of the vehicle and collided with a truck near Pookkathurai on the national highway in Maduranthakam.

According to them, the omnibus was struck by a state government bus that was following.

About twenty people, mostly passengers hurt in the accident, were sent to the Chengalpattu government hospital for treatment, they said, while four individuals died instantly.
