Business leaders speak out to protect the safety of their employees

Local business owners have set up three Bolero security vehicles to patrol the Focal Point and Gadaipur districts at night in order to protect the safety and security of their employees. The design is allegedly due to a high frequency of nighttime robberies and snatching instances.

Additionally, an ambulance outfitted with a bed, oxygen cylinder, and medications has been sent by the industrialists. The ambulance will come in handy if there is an unfortunate event involving anybody in a manufacturing, a security officer becomes unwell, or someone’s kid needs medical attention. Every workplace will have bouncers’ phone numbers posted outside. People may call these numbers, and an ambulance will arrive in a matter of minutes.

This is a service that we have given to our community. This is the first time an ambulance has been used in this manner. An entrepreneur named Narinder Singh Sahoo said, “We began patrolling so that our plant workers might feel comfortable since numerous criminal incidents were taking place.

In an attempt to clarify, he said that two of the four bouncers in the ambulance would be trained in first aid.

“We want our coworkers and employees who put in a lot of effort throughout the day to have safe and restful sleep at night,” he said.

Notably, since criminals used to rob and assault factory workers when they were returning home, they began to feel uncomfortable in these industrial zones. Because they took this seriously, the industrialists decided to have security vehicles patrol these regions in order to secure their safety. On February 3, the vehicles were flagged off at the Focal Point headquarters of the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC).
