Tejashwi takes aim at the PM in Jharkhand over inflation

Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of the RJD, criticized the BJP administration on Wednesday for their handling of the price increase problem. He pointed out that although inflation was a significant worry for the saffron party under the UPA era, they now seem to be content with it.

According to Yadav, the BJP’s “dayan” (witch) turned into their “mehbooba” (lover) when the cost of LPG cylinders rose above Rs 1,200.

Additionally, he said that the saffron party was engaging in hateful tactics and disseminating prejudice in the name of Muslims and Hindus.

“PM Narendra Modi only talks about Hindu-Muslim, mandir-masjid, and Sanatan-Islam, but he is silent on the big issues facing the country, such as price rise, unemployment, and poverty,” said the former deputy chief minister of Bihar.

He said that during the PM’s recent visit to Jharkhand’s Chatra, no remarks on the state’s progress or a development plan for the next five years were made.

Hemant Soren, the former chief minister of Jharkhand, was put in jail as a result of a plot, he said, accusing the BJP of abusing federal agencies. He said, “We will not be afraid of the agencies, even though they (the BJP) also used the ED and CBI against our family.” — PTI

“Our family was also targeted by the ED and CBI, but we won’t be intimidated by these agencies,” he said.
