A class 10 student from Uttar Pradesh hangs himself at the school hostel

According to authorities, a class 10 student reportedly killed themselves in the dorm of a local government boarding school on Friday.

Aditya Divakar, 15, hung himself on Thursday night from the ceiling in his hostel room with the use of a muffler, said to Paschim Sharira SHO Dhirendra Singh.

Divakar said he was stressed because he had not done well on his science test, according to other classmates.

According to authorities, the corpse has been submitted for a post-mortem, and further investigation is in progress.
