How to Make Delicious and Healthy Bread Moong Dal Pizza

Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours. Prepare a fine paste from the soaked lentils in a mixer and add salt and red chili powder as per taste.

Heat a tawa and put some oil on it. When the oil becomes hot, turn off the gas. Dip a piece of bread in moong dal paste and put it on a hot griddle. Put finely chopped vegetables on the upper part of the bread and let it cook after sprinkling a little cheese. Put a little oil around the bread on the pan and turn it and bake it from the vegetable side as well.

Serve hot Moong Dal Pizza with green chutney or sauce.
