How to Make Delicious and Healthy Chilled Mango Gazpacho

material :

3 mangoes, 600 ml. Mango juice, 50 ml. Coconut milk, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ground ginger, 30 g brown sugar, a pinch of salt, 4 tsp chopped mango, 2 tsp mint leaves chopped, 4 tsp chopped capsicum

process :

1. Wash and wipe the mango. Then peel and cut into small pieces. Keep it separate

2. Blend the mango pieces and mango juice in a food processor. Blend well and make it a homogeneous mixture.

3. Now add coconut milk, lemon juice, brown sugar, and salt and blend it again.

4. Now put the soup in a bowl. Keep in the fridge to cool for 1 hour. Mix well and check the balance of salt and pepper. Put it in a chilled bowl and serve garnished with mango pieces, mint leaves, and capsicum.
