3 medium sized onions finely chopped, 2 dry red chilies, salt to taste, 10-15 mint leaves, 2-3 cloves of garlic, a little oil, 10-15 grains of mustard, 1 raw mango.

Put all the ingredients together in a mixer except oil and mustard seeds and grind them well. Take out this ground mixture in a bowl. Now put some oil in a pan and heat it. Add mustard to it and make it crispy. Put this sprinkle on the ground mixture. Serve this chutney with roti, rice, idli or dosa.
