Stuff :

2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp refined oil.

for stuffing

1 cup potato (cut into small squares), 1/2 cup green capsicum, 1/2 cup onion, 1/4 cup tomato, 2 green chilies, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger -Garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp butter.

Method :

Add oil, salt and water to the flour and knead soft dough. Keep covered for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, make thin chapatis from this dough.

For the filling:

Now heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and finely chopped green chilies and stir for 2 minutes.

Now add garlic-ginger paste and fry it. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes. Also add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes without covering.

Now add salt and finely chopped coriander leaves to it. Add paneer also, make sure that the mixture remains dry. Take this mixture off the flame.

Now take a chapati, put tomato ketchup in it and spread it with a spoon. Place the filling mixture in the center of the chapati, now start rolling the chapati from one side. Similarly prepare rolls by stuffing 2-3 more chapatis.

Now put some butter on a pan. Place the prepared 3-4 funky rolls on the pan after filling the stuffing. Apply some butter on the roll as well. Take it off lightly on the pan and serve hot.
