PM Justin Trudeau of Canada claims he considers leaving his “crazy job” often, but

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Friday that he considered leaving his “crazy job” every day, but he swore he would remain in power until the next election. Trudeau’s Liberals are currently lagging significantly in the polls.

The public believes the right-of-center Conservatives would easily defeat the Liberals in the poll, which is scheduled for October 2025. Pollsters claim that after Trudeau entered government in November 2015, the public has grown weary of him. He said in a long interview with French-language station Radio-Canada, “I could not be the man I am and abandon the fight at this point.”

He grinned and said, “I think about quitting every day,” when asked whether he had considered giving up. I’m making a lot of personal sacrifices for this insane work. Of course, it’s quite difficult and sometimes very bad. But my God, the course we’re on is so unstable, and democracies are being attacked so viciously all over the globe.”

The Liberals’ carbon tax will be repealed, the government’s financial deficit will be addressed, the housing problem will be addressed, and crime will be strictly enforced, according to the Conservatives. On April 1, the carbon price is scheduled to climb once again, and Trudeau reaffirmed that the government will not budge in response to requests from a few province premiers to halt the rise.

“I entered politics not to be popular, not for personal reasons, (but) because I want to serve and I know I have something to offer,” he said.
