Make delicious spinach lentils at home, learn how to make it

With spinach, you can make many things like paratha, dumplings, curry, etc., but spinach dal is very beneficial for both children and adults. You can make spinach dal by mixing any pulses like tur or chana dal or all pulses. But today we are going to make it by mixing it with chana dal which is very easy and delicious to make. You can eat it with roti or rice.
material
1 bundle - Spinach (cleaned and finely chopped)
One cup - Chana dal
One- Tomato (finely chopped)
salt - as per taste
Turmeric - tsp
1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
One tsp - cumin-black pepper powder
1 tsp - coriander powder
Two green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp - cumin
a pinch of asafoetida
7-8 curry leaves
a dry red chili
2 tsp mustard oil
process
Put spinach, washed gram dal, chopped tomato, salt, and turmeric in the cooker and boil it on a medium flame for 5-6 whistles or till the lentils are cooked. Now heat oil in a pan and add tempering of cumin, asafoetida, dry red pepper, and curry leaves. Add chopped green chilies. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it. Add coriander powder and cumin-pepper powder and fry for a minute. Now add the boiled dal and mash it well. And let it cook for some time on low flame. Be careful not to make the dal too thin. Let it remain thick. Serve hot with dal roti or rice.
Note- According to cookery experts, you can use ghee instead of oil. Ghee enhances the taste. Also, instead of gram dal, you can make it only in toor dal.
