Ingredients of Paneer Badam Cheela

2 cups besan

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp ajwain

3 tbsp almond oil

Ingredients for Stuffing

1/2 cup mashed cottage cheese

1 tsp roasted cumin

2 tsp chopped ginger

1/4 cup chopped almonds

1 chopped green chili

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

How to make Paneer Badam Cheela

step 1

Take a mixing bowl and add gram flour, salt, carom seeds, red chili powder, baking powder and water to make a thick and smooth batter. Keep it aside.


For stuffing, in a small bowl add paneer, almonds, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves and mix well.


Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and add some oil to it. Pour the batter and spread it evenly to give it a round shape. Let it cook well from one side and then slowly flip it and cook from the other side as well.

Slow down the flame. Now, take a spoon and take some stuffing and place it in the center of the cheela and spread it. Fold the cheela like a dosa and take it out from the pan. This is how Paneer Badam ka Cheela will be ready, now serve it hot.
