Korean Spicy Cold Noodles, also known as Bibim Guxu, is a famous dish made with thin wheat flour noodles or one-of-a-kind noodles. This dish is served chilled with chopped raw vegetables. The noodles are made into a sauce that is made from Korean chilli paste, sugar, sesame and rice vinegar.

Take 180 grams of cereal noodles and put them in a pot of boiling water. Once cooked, drain the water and pour it in cold water and prevent it from being overcooked. Let it cool down.
In a pan, make 1/4 cup Korean chili paste or gochujung, 1/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons red miso paste and make Korean chili paste or googoo. Turn off the heat. When cold, add 1 tablespoon salt, half a teaspoon rice vinegar and a pinch of salt. Mix them well.
Make a sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons gochujung, 1 tablespoon sugar, half tablespoon soy sauce, half tablespoons sesame seeds, half tablespoons sesame oil, and a small clove of garlic in a bowl of prepared Korean chili flakes. Set it aside
Thinly slice 2 leaves of lettuce and 100 grams of red cabbage to make the topping. Then julienne, half cucumber, a small carrot and 1 red radish. Keep these vegetables in the fridge to cool.
Boil one egg for topping. In a bowl, place boiled noodles and then top them with vegetables and sauces. Finally, top with one half of the hard-boiled egg.
