The number of corona infected cases in the country has once again become a cause for concern. As of Friday morning, the highest number of new cases of corona have been reported in 6 states including Delhi. According to the Health Ministry, 84.44 per cent of the 16,838 new cases reported till Friday morning were from these 6 states. These 6 states include Delhi, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

Meanwhile, the highest number of new corona cases are being reported in Maharashtra. After this, Kerala is on the second number and Punjab on the third. At the same time, Punjab has become the third state where more than 1000 new cases have been reported in 2 months. Earlier, in Maharashtra and Kerala, 7 thousand cases were being reported in 7 months. On Thursday, 1074 new cases have been reported in Punjab.

Last week, 5022 new cases were reported in Punjab. During this period, a 65 percent increase was seen in cases, which was the highest increase recorded in the last three weeks outside of Maharashtra. At the same time, the number of new figures revealed on Thursday was the highest after 3 October.

On the other hand, there was a slight decrease in the number of new corona infects in Maharashtra on Thursday. Where on Wednesday, around 10 thousand new cases of corona were reported, on Thursday, 8,998 new cases of corona have been reported. According to data from Maharashtra Health Department, 9,855 cases were reported in the state on Wednesday, while 1121 new corona cases were found in Mumbai.

What are the latest figures

Talking about the data till Saturday morning, the number of new cases has directly crossed 18 thousand, due to which the situation is seen to become more serious.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 18 thousand 327 new cases of corona have been reported, after which the total number of infected people has reached 1,11,92,088. At the same time, about 108 people have died in the last 24 hours while 14 thousand 234 people have been discharged. After this, the total number of dead has reached 1 lakh 57 thousand 656 while the number of active cases is 1 lakh 80 thousand 304. Apart from this, 1 crore 8 lakh 54 thousand 128 people have been discharged properly.

Maharashtra: Lockdown rules will be given concession or will continue to be strict, may be decided in the meeting of all-party leaders today

The Maharashtra government imposed a severe Maharashtra lockdown on Monday to stop the second wave of Corona. Except for essential items, other shops are ordered to be closed till the 30th. This has caused resentment among the traders. Traders landed at many places in the state. The Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce has given a warning to open all shops from Monday. The BJP has given its support to the traders. Amidst these conditions, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray (CM Uddhav Thackeray) has called a meeting of all party meeting today. In this meeting, the status of corona infection, lack of vaccine, relaxation of the ban or a strong lockdown and the 10th-12th examination are to be considered and decided.

Three weeks of lockdown signs

There are also some festivals this week, due to which there is a possibility of increasing crowds in the markets. Therefore, many leaders are of the opinion that for at least a week, a strong lockdown should be imposed or else the situation will become more explosive due to increased crowd. As it is, there is a shortage of oxygen and ventilators beds in the state. The vaccine is falling short. Therefore, tightening the rules is the only solution.

While the traders have warned that shops will be opened in any condition from Monday. Now in such a situation, everyone's eyes are fixed on what the state government decides.

There is a constant demand that in view of the crisis of Corona, the 10th-12th examination should be canceled or its date should be extended.
