Retired man made a record of watching the sun continuously for one hour with the naked eye, know who did this feat

In Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, a retired 70-year-old man has set a new record for observing the sun continuously for an hour without blinking with his naked eyes. Earlier on January 21, 2019, the previous record was set by Pradeep Belagavi for observing the sun for 10 minutes continuously. This process of seeing the sun continuously with the naked eye is also known as 'Tratak Kriya'. The old man has made the record in the presence of the Global Research Foundation team and government doctor. MS Verma, retired from the post of 70-year-old Deputy Commissioner of Sales Tax, is preparing to enter this record in the Guinness Book of Records.
Continuous action for the last 25 years
In Mathura, the city of Lord Krishna, a new record has been set for seeing the sun with the naked eye for one consecutive hour on Saturday. This record holder is none other than a 70-year-old man. MS Verma, who has been doing this feat continuously for the last 25 years, has retired from the post of Deputy Commissioner, Sales Tax. Prior to this, the previous record of seeing the sun for 10 minutes with the naked eye is recorded in the name of Pradeep Belagavi.
