A case of poisoning the wife and daughter of a man who reached the neighbor's house to urge him to vacate the house bought in the Kandhla area has come to light. The woman died, while the girl's condition is critical. The police have registered a case against the six accused including Rashid, the head husband of the village Gadhidaulat, under other sections including murder.
Panchayat held in the village regarding the matter
Ishtkar, a resident of Gadhidaulat village had bought the house of neighboring Mazhir. The fixed amount of Rs 7.40 lakh was given to Mazahir after getting his written study done in the Kairana tehsil. Mazahir had sought time to vacate the house by September 15 but did not vacate the house by the stipulated time limit. A panchayat was held in the village regarding this matter, in which Mazahir also agreed to give back the money, but then refused to give money.
the condition worsened after drinking a cold drink
After this, the victim lodged a complaint against the accused at the police station. After registering a case, the police challenged Mazhir, Abid, Zahura, and Sharafat for breach of peace. On Thursday, Ishtkar, accompanied by his wife Furkana and 16-year-old daughter Nabia, reached Mazahir's house and asked them to vacate the house. It is alleged that Mazhir, his wife Zahura and Abid, Rafaqat, Rashid and Zahoor, etc. gave him cold drinks. Ishtar refused to drink the cold drink, while Furkana and Nabia drank the cold drink. After that, the condition of both of them worsened.
Police reached the spot
On information, Gangeru outpost police also reached the spot. The relatives took the mother and daughter to Kandhla CHC. Furkana succumbed to her injuries during treatment while Nabia was referred to the district hospital in a critical condition. Police sent the body of the woman for post-mortem. SSP Abhishek and CO Kairana Amardeep Maurya reached the police station and inquired about the incident from the victim's family.
Case registered against all six accused
Ishtakar filed a complaint against Mazahir, Zahoora, Abid, Rafaqat, Rashid, and Zahoor alleging murder. Inspector Shyambir Singh, in charge of the police station, says that a case has been registered against all the six accused in murder and other sections. Two people have been taken into custody. The Police are investigating.
The house was sold for the treatment of the husband
Ishtkar is said to be suffering from cancer. Furkana sold his house to get him treated. Later, after selling his jewelry, he bought the house of Mazhir. To settle the dispute, the victim appealed to the responsible people of the village and the police officials. No solution could be found even in the Panchayat.
