Autopsy Report: Heart Conditions Were the Cause of the Death of BJP Leader from Bihar During Protest March

According to the Patna district government, a post-mortem investigation of the corpse of BJP leader Vijay Kumar Singh, who passed away last week while participating in the party’s Bihar Vidhan Sabha march, indicated that his death was due to heart illness and consequences from it.

According to the authorities, party general secretary for the Jehanabad district Vijay Singh was carried unconscious on July 13 to the Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), where he passed away. His body bore no signs of trauma.

However, the BJP insisted that Singh passed away after being struck with a lathi and claimed that the post-mortem result was “manipulated”.

“The postmortem report that Patna Medical College Hospital made accessible. The institution carried out a histological analysis to determine Singh’s precise cause of death.

The district government issued a statement late on Thursday night stating that “the medical board concluded that the death of Singh was caused due to heart disease and other complications related to it.”

The BJP official passed out between 1:22 and 1:27 PM in the Chajju Bagh area, according to the statement, while the lathi charge took place at the Dak Bungalow junction.

However, the BJP branded the postmortem examination report as “manipulated” and sought a high-level independent investigation.

Vijay Singh died after being struck with a police lathi. The post-mortem report has been completely altered. The leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly, Vijay Kumar Sinha, told PTI, “We want a high-level independent investigation of the medical report created by the PMCH.

He said that Singh’s post-mortem examination report was created in accordance with instructions from the state health department’s senior brass.

“This is not a unique instance. Health department officials determined that two murder instances in Vaishali and Lakhisarai included cardiac conditions, according to Sinha.

Tejashwi Yadav, a prominent RJD figure and deputy chief minister of Bihar, is in charge of health policy.

RJD spokesman Mrityunjay Tiwary responded to Sinha’s claims by saying, “The post-mortem report has proved that Singh did not die owing to police lathi-charge. The accusation made by the BJP was unfounded. Now, BJP leaders need to avoid making Singh’s passing into a political issue. His passing has grieved us all. The Vidhan Sabha march began in the Gandhi Maidan and ended a few kilometers from the assembly grounds. It was organized in support of protests against the state government’s teacher recruitment policy.

In addition to using batons, the police also used water cannons and burst tear gas shells to disperse the BJP members who attempted to scale the barriers.
