A new twist has come in the case of arresting five policemen posted in the Town Police Station. Some time ago, the National Commission for Scheduled Castes had written a letter clearly demanding action against the accused within 21 days. Now a letter has been written from the Home Department to the Director General of Police in this matter. In the letter, a report of the action taken so far has been sought by the commission citing the matter being taken into consideration.

Vikas Vaibhav has written the letter to the state DGP on behalf of the Home Department. It has been said in the letter that whatever investigation has been done so far in the matter, inform the National Commission for Scheduled Castes. Along with this, give a copy of it to the Home Department as well. Vikas Vaibhav, Secretary, Home Department, has referred to a letter written by the National Commission for Scheduled Castes on September 26, in which it was asked to investigate and report the matter within 21 days.

Vikas Vaibhav wrote a letter to the state DGP on 29 September. In the letter, it has been said to directly inform the National Commission for Scheduled Castes about the action taken in this case. Along with this, instructions have been given to give a copy of it to the Home Department as well. That is, he has asked the Bihar government to directly summon a report in 21 days.

Changed department of ADG who ordered the investigation

In this case, a complaint was made on behalf of the Bihar Police Association to the then ADG Weaker Sections and senior IPS officer Anil Kishore Yadav. The incident took place on September 7. At the same time, after the complaint, on September 14, ADG Yadav issued an order asking the IG to investigate the whole matter and submit a report within seven days. Along with this, an FIR was also ordered to be registered in the SC-ST police station of Nawada itself. Till now neither any investigation nor any report came on this matter, but the department of ADG Anil Kishore Yadav, who issued the order regarding the investigation of the case, was definitely changed.

The policemen posted in the town police station of Nawada were locked in the hajat. During this, Nawada SP Gaurav Mangala was in uniform. The SP had told ABP that no one has been detained by him.
