500 grams raw mango, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp asafoetida powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp mustard oil, 1-1/2 tsp salt.

Wash and peel raw mangoes thoroughly and cut them into small square pieces. Now mix turmeric and salt in these pieces and fill them in a glass jar. Keep this glass jar in the sun daily for three days and stir the pickle with a dry clean spoon once daily.
After three days, add ground asafetida, and red chili powder to this pickle. Heat mustard oil in a vessel, cool it, and mix it well in this pickle.
