BJP works to divide the society in the name of caste and religion, Akhilesh said in Mainpuri

Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav said on Wednesday that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) works to divide society in the name of religion and caste for its political interests.

Netaji always did the work of connecting
Addressing the election meeting of people of the Maithil community in Maithil Vatika in support of his wife and party candidate Dimple Yadav in the by-election of Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat, Yadav said, "You people of the Maithil community were associated with Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav) He cooperated a lot. The leader always did the work of connecting. Bharatiya Janata Party always works to divide but the leader always worked to unite. Beware of BJP because BJP people are doing the work of creating disputes among themselves. Sometimes in the name of religion, sometimes in the name of caste, they are doing the work of breaking.

He said that today the by-election is going on in Mainpuri, which is fixed for a very short time, but this election plays an important role because the eyes of the whole state and the country are on this election. Mainpuri is considered to be a bastion of the Samajwadi Party and other candidates apart from Netaji have also won historic victories from here. The people of the Bharatiya Janata Party are trying hard to break this bastion. The SP President said that the Mainpuri by-election is being considered an important election in the whole country because the political message from Mainpuri itself will go to the whole country. Will not be able to do it.
